All facilities rentals must be handled by our Facilities Coordinator/Secretary: at secretary@lighthousehsa.com.
For any Lighthouse-only event, please do not reach out to any local churches or event venues- we will help you secure a suitable space and sign any required paperwork for you.
(Exceptions: meet-ups at places like Defy Gravity, field trips, park meet-ups, etc.)
Groups that begin meeting as a result of mutual Lighthouse acquaintance are not covered under the Lighthouse umbrella, i.e. co-ops or non-LH events.
If you are thinking about planning or hosting an event that involves water and/or overnight stays, contact the Board, we will brainstorm with you to help you find the safest and most enjoyable options for our families.
